Reflect on what makes you happy.
Begin this lesson by taking a moment to reflect on the following question:
Which of the following would you expect to bring the most happiness to your life?
- Having a job that gives you high social status.
- Having exceptional control over where your attention is focused.
- Being married to someone you truly love.
- Being able to always see the bright side in a situation and grow from it.
- Having success in a job that is centered on being kind and helpful to others.
- Having an income that puts you in the top 5% of earners in your country.

- I would want number six because it would allow me to accomplish my dream of improving the quality of life of humans in a way that would be beneficial to all who can afford the technology that will help them more easily perform daily tasks.(1 vote)
- Interesting! Everyone is saying money is what would make them happy. I would honestly say 3 because being around the people I love and being with my significant other makes me happier than anything else in this world. Like if I had to choose between money or love I would choose love because in MY opinion money does not equal happiness for ME.(1 vote)
